**About the Role**

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to lead the end-to-end operation of one of our Hair Fixing clinics in Calicut. You will play an essential role in providing a superior customer experience throughout various phases of the client's lifecycle as a key member of the team. You will also be responsible for administration, customer relations, business development, and bookkeeping. A successful Sales Coordinator should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

**What You Will Accomplish**
- Manage the end-to-end operation of the clinic.
- Create and refine the clinic’s systems, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Help the team continue to deliver a 5-star customer service reputation.
- Gather customer feedback continuously and improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop marketing plans and satisfaction surveys.
- Provide any other admin support that the clinic may require.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of a Higher Secondary Qualification
- Good interpersonal skills

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Travel requirement:

- Up to 20% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
