**Job Summary**

As a Sr. Developer with 9 to 11 years of experience you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our data solutions using Python and Snowflake. You will work in a hybrid model focusing on day shifts and contribute to our financial risk reporting domain. Your expertise will help drive the companys data strategy and impact society by ensuring accurate and timely data reporting.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain data solutions using Python and Snowflake to meet business requirements.
- Implement Snowflake Tasks Streams and SQL to ensure efficient data processing and management.
- Utilize Snowpipe for continuous data ingestion and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize and troubleshoot Snowflake performance issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Create and maintain documentation for data solutions and processes.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the financial risk reporting domain by developing accurate and timely reports.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.

**Qualifications**
- Must have strong experience in Python and Snowflake.
- Must have experience with Snowflake Tasks Streams SQL and Snowpipe.
- Nice to have experience in financial risk reporting.
- Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Nice to have experience in agile development processes.
- Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
