Track the various discounts offered to the customers in proforma invoices and final retail invoices.
- Track all non-cash discounts especially service packages/finance subvention that is offered to various customers under the MBIL scheme.
- Liaise with financing banks under the schemes to get a timely statement of customers to whom subvention benefit under the MBIL scheme was passed on.
- Coordinate with sales executives to collect all the supporting documents of customers related to claims as specified in scheme circular MBIL. ( e.g. follow up for RCTC after registration process is completed by the end customer)
- Ensure that the by 7th of every month, send the discount summary sheet for the previous month from the above records with amounts.
- Send the discount claims by the 20th of every month compile and send physical claims with all necessary supporting documents to MBIL with a cover page summary sheet with claim amounts.
- Validate the applicability of schemes before sending the physical claims
- Amount claimed / approved / rejected (with reasons) / paid by MBIL / balance receivable

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,120.28 per month
