TraceLink is seeking a full-time Level II (UX) Designer to join our Solutions User Experience Design team. In this role, you will utilize components to create elegant and scalable design solutions to support our product ecosystem.

What will you be doing?

**This position is responsible for...**:
User Experience Design

Working closely with other UX Designers to create consistent, high-quality, experience outcomes across our product ecosystem.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Partnering with Product Managers Technical Communication, and Program Management to support roadmap priorities by delivering supporting UX artifacts.

TRACELINK’S ECOSYSTEM

Supporting Development Teams across the organization to deliver intuitive and enjoyable experiences.

**In this role you will**:

- Work with Product Management, Designer Opeartions, and other UX Designers to create consistent and intuitive usage design patterns used across TraceLink’s user-facing products using TraceLink's Anthem Design system
- Contribute towards the product solution ecosystem, and other internal documentation essential to UX/product operations and other artifacts
- Design and deliver supporting artifacts including, but not limited to, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Adobe Creative Cloud, leveraging team templates.
- Follow the best practices and double diamon design framework driving consistent TraceLink experiences across multiple product teams
- Work within two-week sprints (with other UX Designers, Technical Writers, and Product Managers) adhering to scrum ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, and showcases
- Learn to uncover and articulate data-driven design decisions, acting as an advocate for users
- Participate in design reviews/showcases with product stakeholders and engineering and quickly update designs based on feedback — repeat until alignment is reached.
- Report to your lead/manager to keep them informed, making sure there is transparency in your work.
- Report metrics and OKRs to design operations to continue driving UX strategic planning and growth

What we’re looking for...

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of professional experience designing web interfaces and/or mobile apps (Android and iOS).
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design/analysis work.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Ability to understand business and user requirements, usage patterns and leverage the same to create solutions
- Ability to produce UX artifacts, including ux definiton presentations, user flows, prototypes, wireframes, high fidelity sketches, and design specifications within tight deadlines and prior to key release milestones.
- Ability to conduct UX workshops and sessions (e.g. user interviews, card sorting, usability testing, etc.) to analyze, document, and present findings to drive user centered data-driven design decisions.
- Skilled at self-managing workload, communicating with Management on impediments and priorities.

What will help you in this role...
- Related UX certification(s) or course work (UIE, Neilson Norman, HFI, IDF, etc.)
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Health care or Supply Chain industries. Ideally in a SAAS setting.
- Mobile app design and/or development experience.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of Design Thinking and UX Processes.
- Ability to manage your own workload and deliver on time, when all available information may not be possible to obtain.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact at different levels of the organization, and with other TraceLink businesses and partners.
