**Job Title**: Procurement Executive - Interior Design
**Location**: Thane, Maharashtra

**Job Type**: Full-Time, work from office

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Management**:
Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors for materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- **Material Procurement**:
Coordinate the purchase of materials as per project specifications, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- **Cost Control & Negotiation**:
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost without compromising quality.
- **Purchase Orders & Documentation**:
Prepare purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- **Inventory & Logistics Coordination**:
Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery and quality control of goods received.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:
Work closely with the design and project execution teams to understand project needs and timelines.
- **Market Research**:
Stay updated on new materials, trends, and suppliers in the interior design industry.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic procurement software/tools.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture commonly used in interior design.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with import/export procedures and logistics (if applicable).
- Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly materials is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
