**Major Duties & Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support & Coordination**: Assist the sales team with daily tasks, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between departments.
- **Interdepartmental Coordination**: Work closely with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment, dispatch, and shipment of orders.
- **Order Management**: Track pending orders and provide timely updates on order status. Ensure smooth and efficient processing from order receipt to delivery.
- **Order Processing Records**: Maintain clear, organized, and accurate records of all orders, including shipment details, for easy reference and analysis.
- **Weekly Development Reports**: Compile and maintain weekly development reports to monitor sales progress and team performance, providing insights to management.
- **Client Issue Resolution**: Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to foster satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- **Alignment with Company Values**: Ensure all tasks are in line with the company's mission, vision, and values.
- **Additional Duties**: Perform all other duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

**Required Skill Set**:

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- **Excellent communication IS MUST**
- Good time-management skills

- Communication should be excellent.
- Stability is must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
