**Job Title**:UI/UX Designer

**Job Location**:IT Park, Chandigarh

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team You will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience with the best user interface which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be designing ideas using various methods and the latest technology. You will be designing graphic user interface elements like websites, mobile apps, dashboards, and much more.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**:

- Design and create mobile and web interfaces( Admin Dashboards, Customer web and mobile platforms)
- Good execution skills (UI) and should have an understanding of products mainly B2B
- The ability to manage tight deadlines and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment
- Working collaboratively with other designers and product managers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user experience
- Collaborating with a cross-functional team that includes engineers, and product managers in order to create simple, easy-to-use software
- Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
- Design UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the feature functions and will look to the user
- Prepare and present rough drafts to key stakeholders
- Help Marketing with product-related design assets for campaigns, ads, etc.

**You Should have**:

- 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role UI design portfolio
- SaaS experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge of Figma and Adobe suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to discuss and explain design options
- A team player but can work independently too
- Having a design portfolio

**Compensation**:
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
