JOB: Placement coordinator Female

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with companies and industry partners for campus placements and internships.
- Organize placement drives, company visits, career fairs, and industry talks.
- Coordinate with academic departments to identify eligible students.
- Train students in resume building, interview preparation, and soft skills.
- Maintain accurate placement records, offer letters, and follow-up reports.
- Act as a liaison between students and employers during the recruitment process.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- Experience in career services, corporate relations, or academic administration is an advantage.
- Strong networking, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,054.64 - ₹15,000.00 per month
