3. **Student Support**: Offering support to students who are struggling with IT-related coursework or who need assistance with technology tools.

4. **Career Counseling**: Assisting students in identifying their career goals and providing advice on how to achieve them in the IT field.

5. **Internship and Job Placement**: Helping students find internships and job placements in the IT industry by connecting them with potential employers and providing resources for resume writing and interview preparation.

6. **Professional Development**: Organizing workshops, seminars, and other events to help students develop their IT skills and stay current with industry trends.

7. **Technology Integration**: Collaborating with faculty to integrate technology into the classroom and develop innovative teaching methods that leverage IT tools.

8. **IT Infrastructure Management**: Overseeing the institute's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software, to ensure they are functioning properly and meeting the needs of students and faculty.

9. **Budget Management**: Managing the IT department's budget, including allocating funds for equipment, software, and other resources.

10. **Policy Development**: Developing and enforcing IT-related policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the institute's data and systems.

11. **Vendor Management**: Managing relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure that the institute's technology needs are being met.

12. **Data Management**: Overseeing the collection, storage, and analysis of data related to IT usage and performance to inform decision-making and improve services.

13. **Compliance**: Ensuring that the institute's IT practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

**Requirements**:

2. **Experience**: Prior experience in both IT and counseling is beneficial. This could include working in IT support, software development, or other technical roles, as well as experience in counseling, career advising, or related fields.
