**Responsibilities**:

- Computer Operations:

- Operate computer systems efficiently to process orders, manage inventory, and update databases.
- Generate reports and analyze data to track sales trends, inventory levels, and customer preferences.
- Ensure that all computer equipment and software are properly maintained and updated as needed.
- Customer Service:

- Assist customers in placing orders both in-person and over the phone, providing product information, and answering inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems, cash registers, or other payment processing methods.
- Field Activities:

- Assist in the delivery of cake orders to customers within designated areas.
- Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Help in setting up and decorating cake displays for special events and promotions.
- Perform general errands and tasks as assigned by management, including purchasing supplies and running shop-related errands.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
