**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design high-quality creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create digital banners, posters, and marketing materials
- Design brand elements including logos and brand kits
- Develop website graphics and UI elements that align with the brand identity
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts
- Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of all assets
- Maintain design consistency and meet project deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (Figma is a plus)
- Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
- A creative thinker with a passion for marketing and branding
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Availability for regular collaboration and quick turnaround times

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working with digital marketing agencies
- Understanding of digital trends and social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics is a plus
