**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's /Master's
- Minimum 6 months experience in Overseas Educational
- Outstanding verbal communication.
- Solution-oriented approach to fulfilling duties.
- Providing counseling face-to-face, over the telephone, or online.
- Building a relationship of trust and respect with clients.

Typical responsibilities include:

- Counselling the students as per their eligibility and their requirements
- Assisting students for selecting University, Admission processing, Documents support, SOP, Education Loan, Visa Processing and Travel assistance.
- Ensuring Excellent & professional services to the Students & Parents
- Respond to student queries within 24 working hours and provide accurate information.
- Self-learning and development on product knowledge for providing value services to students.
- Follow up with high potential leads.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
