You will work together with colleagues within TO IN and PL India but to a great extent also with colleagues in other parts of Production Logistics, in other regions and in other business areas. You will also lead our cost deployment journey in India.
In this position, you will be a member of the TO IN team and be part of the local & regional business control network. This is a small group of talents who are passionate about not only numbers but also understand how the business works.

We are an organization of approximately 650 colleagues, globally connected to deliver world class logistics solutions. We ensure that transportation is purchased, packaging is made available at our suppliers, material is transported to our production facilities, and vehicles & CE machines are distributed to our customers on time. We design and optimize the Production Logistics supply chain for the Volvo Group, prepare logistics for new products and drive the Sales & Operations Planning process. - Overseas & domestic transportation of material to the Production Facilities of Trucks, Contruction Equipment and also Buses & Powertrain production units within Volvo’s Joint Venture in India,
- Distribution of Vehicles, Construction Equipment & Penta products to domestic & overseas Dealers/ Customers
- Managing Product Transit Yards & Cross Docks for Material.
- We make sure that all logistics services are delivered with world class operational excellence and this is achieved through networks and collaborations between functions in different locations globally.
- Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
- Financial stability - Secure a stable base to understand the overall financial performance
- Support closing, SCS, Estimates process meanwhile secure handover with business control network
- Analytical capability - Utilize knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik, bridges to explore & explain financial data in an efficient way.
- Story telling - Analyze the complex data and make it into something actionable.
- Collaborate with other controllers and cross-functionally to drive optimization and achieve financial goals.
