Bengaluru, India Target Associates Pvt Ltd Full time

Receiving the guests with Namaskaram and smile
- Handling all reservation calls for the F&B outlets
- Handling enquiry calls for banquets and passing on the information to the Food & Beverage Manager
- Meeting the guests personally at the restaurant / bar / banquet events / Business centre and collect feedback
- Collate all feedback on a daily basis and share the report to F&B Manager / OM / GM
- Assist the Sales team with hosting and coordinating engagement activities at the business centre
- Take guests to the table and handover them to the station stewards
- Escorting the guests for room show around
- Assisting the guests with check-ins and check-outs
- Attends phone call within three rings and pass on the information to respective team
- Prepares reports as and when required
- To be familiar with the menu and do up selling
- Attends training and imparts skill and knowledge
- Other works as and when entrusted by the reporting head

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,930.92 per month
