**Job Location**: Anywhere in India (Remote)**Job Overview**:
The GCA Project Coordinator (PC) provides assistance to Project Managers (PM) and/or Project Directors (PD) in the delivery of the contracted tasks and responsibilities, as outlined in the project’s scope of work and contract, including (but not limited to); communicate with the PM/PD and members of the project team regarding study updates, maintain information in the project systems, track information related to the status of study activities and assist with general administrative tasks as required. The PC may perform tasks assigned to the PM/PD under the supervision of PM/PD, to support project set up and delivery, including tasks required for financial management of the study.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Acts as first-line contact for other team members on the project as needed, resolving issues where applicable and acting as coordinator or PM designee.**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Requests system set up and access. Maintains the project shared folders and other project management systems, dashboards or tools. Ensures systems are up to date and reminds team members to update systems.
- Sets up and maintains the core study specific templates in the project directory.
- Supports and coordinates the communication for set up and maintenance of functional plans and project-specific procedures, guidelines, documents and forms with the project team.
- Supports the PM/PD with set up and maintenance of the MSP study timeline and reporting these to the team.
- Coordinates and provides support with obtaining, creating and maintaining study progress reports and trackers.
- Sets up and maintains the project team list.
- Assists with ensuring team compliance with study specific training and ensuring this is properly documented and escalated in case of non-compliance.
- Supports the PM/PD and other study leads to ensure Trial Master File (TMF) maintenance and assists with designated submission/filing and QC.
- Supports with project team meetings, coordinating the creation of agendas and meeting slides as well as taking minutes, decision and/or action items for sponsor and internal meetings.
- Ensures all outstanding actions as discussed in project meetings, are tracked until completion.
- Supports the project team in managing audits and Corrective Action Plan Agreement (CAPA) resolutions, as applicable.
- With the PM/PD, sets up and maintains the list of SOPs implemented on the project.
- Assists PM/PD with appointed general administrative requests (e.g., formatting support, slide compilation, circulate documents for review etc)
- Performs other duties as required by the department or delegated by the PM/PD.
- May be required to mentor and supervise other PCs.
**Supervisory Responsibilities**:

**Job Requirements**:
- Education
- High school diploma or secondary school equivalent.
- Some university/college courses preferred
- Experience
- Prior experience of at least 2 years in an administrative support position preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the key responsibilities of the job.
- Experience in the clinical research industry is preferred
- Skills/Competencies
- Demonstrated ability to conduct activities effectively, efficiently and with the minimum of supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to take on delegated project management tasks.
- Experience of the clinical research process and terminology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines.
- Able to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices and to determine appropriate action independently.
