**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Review and analyze system specifications to ensure clarity and completeness.
- Execute **manual and automated test cases** and evaluate results.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective **test strategies and plans**.
- Identify, document, and report **bugs or issues** to development teams.
- Assist in **troubleshooting and resolving software problems**.
- Work with **cross-functional teams** to maintain high quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

**Experience and Skills**:

- Prior experience as a **QA Tester** or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of **QA methodologies and best practices**.
- Familiarity with **Agile frameworks** and **regression testing** is a plus.
- Ability to **document, analyze, and troubleshoot errors** effectively.
- Working knowledge of **test management tools** and software.
- Relevant **educational background** or practical experience in software testing.
- **Experience: 1-2 years**
