
Sales and Marketing Assistant

As a Sales and Marketing Executive in a our company, your primary role is to drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. Your responsibilities include:
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Analyse market data to determine customer needs, preferences, and pain points to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
- Qualify leads by assessing their fit with the company's products/services and their potential for long-term partnerships.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business goals, challenges, and expectations.
- Regularly engage with clients to provide updates on product offerings, industry insights, and solutions to their business needs.
- **Sales and Negotiation**:
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and close deals.
- **Strategic Planning and Business Development**:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets, expand client base, and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product/service enhancements and promotional activities.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**:
- Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through CRM software.
- Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimise sales processes.
- **Client Feedback and Customer Satisfaction**:
- Gather feedback from clients regarding product/service satisfaction, performance, and areas for improvement.
- Address client concerns promptly and work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Continuous Learning and Industry Awareness**:
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in software development.
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and industry events to enhance skills and knowledge related to sales, technology, and business development.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
