Extruder Operator

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Extruder Operator to join our growing LDPE pipe manufacturing team

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our semi-automatic LDPE pipe extrusion machines.

Your primary duties will include:
Setting up and operating extrusion machines to produce LDPE pipes according to specifications.

Monitoring machine performance and adjusting process parameters as needed.

Maintaining consistent product quality through regular inspections and adherence to quality control procedures.

Keeping accurate production records. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Assisting with machine maintenance tasks (as directed).

Qualifications:
Strong understanding of extrusion processes.

Ability to read and understand technical manuals.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
