Mumbai, India Yaraman Coffee Pvt Ltd Full time

As Logistics Coordinator your role is to coordinate between customer service, sales and Coffee Roastery [Factory] to ensure orders and supplies are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Track daily sales and inventory usage
- Prepare Weekly Report on Sales and MIS
- Maintain and Update customer Database
- Co-ordinate with Roastery [Factory] and customer service team to process orders and returns
- Book orders with logistics partners and ensure timely dispatch and delivery to customers
- Maintain Inventory levels and re-order supplies for Roastery, HQ and Café.
- Process Customer-side paperwork for customers that require (Proforma Invoice, After-sales doccuments)
- Communicate and update all orders, dispatches and delays to head office and customer service team.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Prior experience in e-commerce logistics and supply chain.
- Has worked with shipping and logistics partners [Fedex, Shiprocket, Delhivery]
- Strong Command over Verbal and Written English
- Must know how to use Google Sheets, Zoho, Wordpress, Amazon Seller Portal
- Potential to take bigger responsibilities and grow in career
