- JD: - EPM, India:_
- ORacle EPM-FCCS/HFM- 2 to 5yrs_
- Location : Hyderabad/Bangalore/pune_
- JD Oracle FCCS Consultant: We are looking for a Techno-functional consultant with over 2 to 5 years of experience in the Oracle EPM space, along with expertise in FCCS/HFM with at least two end-to-end implementation experience on Oracle Consolidation and Close projects (either on-prem or cloud)._
- Key Requirements:_
- Technical Skills:_
- _Excellent problem-solving and hypothesis-forming skills_
- _Excellent knowledge of FCCS/HFM_
- _Working knowledge of ARCS_
- _Efficient in writing batch scripts and automation_
- Functional and Soft Skills:_
- _Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills_
- _Prior expertise in interacting and tailoring communication at different levels of the organization_
- _Industry knowledge and expertise_
- _Ability to drive discovery sessions, client workshops, and deliver global training to users_
- _In-depth understanding of consolidation and close processes, intercompany transactions, and adjustment journal entries_
- Key Responsibilities and Expectations: -_
- _Complex and innovative problem-solving_
- _Translate business requirements to come up with an efficient and scalable design and high-level architecture_
- _Designing and architecting EPM solutions_
- _Write complex logic, algorithms, and code to solve business problems_
- _Willingness and aspirations to learn new tools and technology and to keep up with modern finance, business processes, and connected transformations_
