- Client Engagement: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company's construction services. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts. Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to management on market dynamics and potential opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals. Prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve products and services.
