Sales Representative

We at Growder Technovations Pvt Ltd, a leading E-commerce platform having corporate office in Surat is hiring Sales Representative for Patan Location;
Job Role: Sales Representative(2-5 Yrs Exp)

Location: Patan

CTC: Max. 3 LPA

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients to foster loyalty and increase sales opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management to inform strategic decision-making and performance evaluation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the ecommerce Industry.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills, with a genuine desire to understand client needs and provide value-added solutions.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
