**About the Role**:

- **Responsibilities**:

- **Network Design & Implementation**:Design, configure, and implement complex network solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
- Plan and execute network upgrades and migrations with mínimal disruption.
- Perform capacity planning and performance optimization of network infrastructure.
- **Routing & Switching Expertise: Configures** and troubleshoots advanced routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
- Manage and maintain complex switching environments, including VLANs, STP, and port security.
- Implemented and troubleshooted Layer 3 technologies, including IP subnetting, routing tables, and gateway protocols.
- **Cisco Nexus & Data Center Technologies**:Design, configure, and manage Cisco Nexus switches (9K, 7K, 5K).
- Implemented and troubleshooted data center technologies, including VPC, vPC+, FabricPath, and VXLAN.
- Manage and maintain Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) environments (where applicable).
- **Aruba Wireless & Wireless Technologies**:Design, deploy, and manage Aruba wireless networks, including controllers, access points, and ClearPass.
- Troubleshooted wireless connectivity issues and optimized wireless performance.
- Implemented and maintained wireless security protocols (WPA2/3, 802.1X).
- Conduct wireless site surveys and heat map analysis.
- **Network Security & Troubleshooting**:I mplement and maintain network security best practices and policies.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolution.
- Perform network monitoring and analysis using various tools and techniques.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to network emergencies.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network-related issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Provided technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in network Data, with a focus on L3 routing and switching.
- Extensive experience with Cisco Nexus switches and data center technologies.
- Strong expertise in Aruba wireless solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP Enterprise, CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, ACMP, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Pay: ₹346,674.92 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
