**About the role**

We’re looking for an exceptional Graphic designer who can create engaging and impactful creative designs across our platforms. For this role, you must understand composition and typography with an eye for artistic detail.

**Job responsibilities**
- Creating effective and aesthetic concepts for internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding design briefs and conceptualising visuals as per their requirements.
- Developing original art, graphics, and designs for websites, newsletters, product illustrations, and business collateral.
- Evaluating project needs, schedules and costs while managing the expectations of stakeholders.
- Maintaining communication across teams and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
- Keeping up with new technologies, tools and design standard benchmarks in the industry.

**Job requirements**
- A bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- In-depth understanding of standard design tools like Adobe Suite (InDesign, Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator), Procreate, Corel draw, and basic knowledge of HTML.
- Proven (and vital) expertise in typography, mood boards, colour theory, images, and fonts to create effective layouts.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies.
- A keen eye for aesthetic detail.
