In Sapiens we develop B2B and B2C software solutions that help insurance providers mitigate the complexity of their business. We focus on creating meaningful customer journeys both for insurers as well as end-users. We are launching a new and exciting project, aiming at rethinking the entire user experience for insurers by collaborating closely with our customers and taking a design thinking approach. You will become an essential part in this project, being able to create a lasting footprint in the industry.

**Your role**
You will join a small creative design team, based in Copenhagen and Lithuania, and you will collaborate closely with the UX, UI designers and frontend developers remotely to design and lift the overall UI quality ready before hand-off to development teams.
We already have a well-developed design system with many components ready, so you will be able to build new features and functions based on this and work closely with our UI and frontend developers responsible for the Sapiens Design Suite.
In this role you will:

- Collaborate with UX, UI designers and stakeholders to prototype and design innovative solutions for the visuals and the experience
- Prepare final designs for hand-off to development teams, using Figma as primary tool
- Contribute to finalize user stories and flow-charts that will illustrate the requirements
- Create and deliver mockups and high-fidelity prototypes for user-tests
- Participate in sprint reviews and evaluate development implementation
- Collaborate to expand and maintain the Sapiens UI Design Suite Component Library
- Join in different ad-hoc UI frontend tasks as needed

With Sapiens, being an international company, we have customers in many countries and offices in multiple locations, and we collaborate with distributed teams. You will have colleagues in e.g. Lithuania, Germany, Israel, US, and India. Work-related travel can be expected approx. 2-3 times per year.

**Your skills**
- Demonstrable UI Frontend design skills with a good portfolio
- Experience with enterprise UI frontend design
- Proficiency in Figma, as this is our primary design tool
- Solid experience in creating high-fi prototypes, process flows and site maps
- General understanding of UI methods and frontend development processes
- Relevant educational background
- Fluent in English

To thrive in this role, you will have at least a couple of years of experience in a similar role and a track record of designing user-oriented and engaging products. You are familiar with several design tools and processes - in particular Figma. Please note that it will be an advantage if you have experience working with enterprise software targeting professional users.
