**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to promote chemical wall putty products to target markets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor competitors, and understand customer needs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the product development team to provide feedback from customers and suggest product improvements or new products based on market demand.
- Plan and manage promotional campaigns, including digital marketing efforts, trade shows, and other events.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, results, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly.
- for Valsad district ( area will be Khanvel to Daman and From Umbergaon to Valsad)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the chemical industry or related fields.
- Strong understanding of chemical products, specifically wall putty products, and their market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
