Dr. Arora’s is a leading brand in sexual health with multiple clinics and a growing team of healthcare professionals. As we expand, we seek a **Medico-Legal Expert** to guide us on legal, ethical, and compliance frameworks specific to the healthcare industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide expert advice on **medical ethics, compliance, and regulatory requirements** for clinics, telemedicine platforms, and healthtech operations.
- Review and draft medico-legal documents, disclaimers, patient consent forms, and contracts.
- Guide the organization on **negligence cases, risk management, and litigation strategy**.
- Ensure compliance with **healthcare advertising laws and guidelines** (including MCI/NMC regulations).
- Advise on **digital health regulations** including teleconsultation, online patient engagement, and social media practices.
- Conduct periodic **training sessions** for doctors and staff on medico-legal awareness.
- Liaise with external legal teams, regulators, and statutory bodies when required.

**Key Requirements**
- MBBS/MD with specialization in medico-legal studies OR LLB/LLM with healthcare law expertise.
- Minimum **5-10 years of relevant experience** in medico-legal advisory for hospitals, clinics, or healthtech companies.
- Strong understanding of **medical ethics, negligence laws, patient rights, and healthcare regulatory frameworks in India**.
- Experience in handling **telemedicine and digital healthcare compliance** is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and advisory skills.
