**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create **3D elevations** using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software.
- Design **interior layouts and concepts** as per client requirements.
- Develop **realistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentations**.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and project teams to finalize designs.
- Ensure designs are practical, functional, and aligned with project budgets.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in architecture and interior design.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in **Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering**.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop** (or similar tools).
- Strong knowledge of **architectural detailing and interior design concepts**.
- Creative thinking and excellent visualization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mogappair West, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
