**Location : Nashik**

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Timely delivery of Induction, product and process refresher, capacity building and capsule training programs to State Head(SH), AM’s (Area Manager),BM’s (Branch Manager),GLO’s (Group Loan Officer) & BOE’s (Branch Operation Executive) for M.P. ensure they are certified.
- Active intervention in partner’s recruitment process.
- Ensure proper TNI and refreshers are being conducted on monthly basis.
- Training module creation for standard or web based delivery.
- Maintain regional and vernacular specific modules/capsules for field level staff for easy comprehension.

Liaise between regional stake holders and head office training team for all training related

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
