**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**: Collect, process, and manage data from various sources like sales records, employee performance, and inventory.
- **IMS & FMS Handling**: Efficiently manage Information Management System (IMS) and Facilities Management System (FMS) to ensure smooth operations.
- **Report Generation**: Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for sales, stock, and employee performance.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for reordering to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- **Sales Analysis**: Analyze sales data to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for increasing sales.
- **Checklist Management**: Create and manage daily checklists for studio operations, including opening/closing procedures, display setup, and customer interactions.
- **Data Security & Backup**: Ensure all data is securely stored and regular backups are made to prevent data loss.
- **Team Coordination**: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and tailoring teams to provide relevant data insights for their functions.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously review existing processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.**Required Skills**:

- **Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets**: Ability to work with formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros for advanced reporting.
- **FMS & IMS Knowledge**: Experience with using and managing Facilities and Information Management Systems.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, and provide actionable insights.
- **Attention to Detail**: Precise data entry, record keeping, and checking systems for errors.
- **Problem-solving**: Ability to troubleshoot issues in data management and reporting systems.
- **Communication**: Effective communication skills for working with various teams and providing data insights.

Pay: ₹12,059.99 - ₹29,556.43 per month
