Responsibilities**:Graphic Design: Assist in creating and designing graphics, layouts, and visual elements for digital and print media, including websites, social media, marketing materials, and more. ** Graphic Design: Produce compelling visual content that adheres to brand guidelines and project requirements. **Graphic Design: Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts. ** Project Support: Work on multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. **Project Support: Provide support in preparing design files for printing and digital deployment. ** Project Support: Assist in the development of design mock-ups and prototypes for review and approval. **Collaboration and Communication: Communicate effectively with team members to understand project objectives and provide feedback. ** Collaboration and Communication: Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve design processes and outcomes. **Collaboration and Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with project managers and clients to ensure project goals are met. ** Learning and Development: Stay updated on design trends, software, and industry best practices. Seek opportunities to improve skills and knowledge through workshops, courses, and other professional development activities. Requirements**:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. ** Equivalent experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered. **Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). ** A basic understanding of web design principles and software (e. g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus. **Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative capabilities. ** Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. **Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently. ** Strong communication and time management skills. Additional Requirements**:Creativity and a passion for design. ** Ability to receive constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly. **Willingness to take initiative and contribute to team projects.**
