**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads.

Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and others.

Create engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter to increase followers and engagement.

Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others, and provide regular reports and insights to the management team.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and dance fitness industry to identify new opportunities for growth.

Manage the studio's online presence, including the website, social media profiles, and online directories, ensuring consistency and accuracy of information.

Implement SEO strategies to improve the studio's search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.

Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Work closely with the Founder and other team members to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Experience managing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for different digital platforms.

Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Creative thinker with a passion for dance, fitness, and wellness.

Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.

Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to take initiative and learn new skills.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
