Kroll’s Corporate Legal Solutions practice assists corporate legal departments, law firms and governmental agencies improve business performance, spend management and organizational effectiveness on a sustainable basis through services that focus on Contract Management, Information Lifecycle Management, Innovation Asset Management and Legal Operations. **RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Redline and negotiate commercial contracts
- Utilize CLM tool to enable workflows and processes
- Communicate with third parties
- Collect and maintain meaningful performance metrics
- Help to develop improved workflows and processes
- Draft or update process documentation

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Two or more years of experience with negotiating commercial contracts
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- JD from accredited law school, bar admission preferred or international equivalent
- Ability to manage confidential, sensitive information
