Engineering Degree in E&T / EC / EEE / Electrical / IT / Electronics / Communication / Computer Science/ MCA/M.Sc.(Physics) with specialisation in Electronics or equivalent

The person should be deployed as a Site In Charge and have a team lead capability.

Key Responsibility Areas: Team Management, teamwork, team lead, Desktop/Laptop Support Services, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. Network Troubleshooting, Lotus Notes/HCL verse Client, Video Conferencing management

Essential Skills (technical): Desktop/Laptop Support Services, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. Network Troubleshooting, Lotus Notes/HCL verse Client troubleshooting, Video Conferencing.
