**JD of a Sales Representative**

As a Sales Executive at Coral Water Solutions, the primary responsibility will be to drive sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our water tanks to potential customers. The incumbent will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. His role will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:

- Promote and sell our range of water tanks to individuals, businesses, and organizations.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a customer database, including accurate contact information and sales activity records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

3. Market Analysis and Reporting:

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify market opportunities.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on product performance, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and sales analysis for management review.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

4. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and lead generation strategies.

5. Plumber Meets - Assist in organising plumber meets under in key areas to expand brand value

6. Assist in increasing brand visibility by implementing POP installation and all marketing driven activities.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Travel requirement:

- Up to 100% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Midnapore, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
