Amritsar, India IVY HOSPITAL Full time

l Responsible for increasing market share through higher penetration and awareness of **IVY Hospital, Amritsar.**

l Creating database for potential customers, Corporate/tpa Concerns,doctors & updating them.

l Identify and map the potential of target customers & Corporate/TPA Concerns.

l To identify, negotiate and establish alliance with all potential customers to develop preferred provider relationships.

l Make proposals, demonstrations and presentations to doctors and corporate.

l Service existing clients, client relation and follow-ups.

l Develop new market and client support and coordination activities.

l Manage and ensure high quality services delivery to high-end clients.

l Interact with Corporate /TPA Concerns & physicians (Internal and external).

l Responsible for realization of revenue of assigned geographical area, implementation of Marketing strategy of current functions.

l Plan and organize initiatives like camps, seminars and conference to increase product promotion participation, doctor's referral, talks and other events.

l Organize CMEs/RTM/Seminars and lectures for promotion of the activities and services of the medical faculty and specialties.

l Organize Outreach OPD’s program with prospective patient community for local clubs, school, NGO’s, colleges and other local bodies with a view to generate footfalls from them.

l Tracking leads from Outreach OPD’s, CME’s, RTM, Camps and seminars to convert referrals.

l Liaison between in-house doctors and external doctors/Corporate/tpa Concerns for patients.

l Tracking and analyzing information on competitor’s activities.

l Manage and ensure high quality service delivery to high end clients.

Track report, feedback, complaint received through marketing activities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
