Position: Security Officer Location: Villa Project Site Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary: As a Security Officer for our prestigious Villa Project, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of the project site, residents, staff, and visitors. You will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling the premises, implementing security procedures, and responding to any security incidents or emergencies that may arise. Your primary objective will be to maintain a secure and welcoming environment for all stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
Patrol and monitor the entire project site to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.

Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and address potential security risks or vulnerabilities.

Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems, to detect any suspicious activity and promptly respond to incidents.

Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks or threats.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of security-related incidents, including written reports, incident logs, and surveillance footage.

Provide excellent customer service by assisting residents, staff, and visitors with security-related inquiries or concerns.

Control access to the project site by verifying identification, conducting visitor screenings, and issuing visitor passes.

Collaborate with local law enforcement authorities, if necessary, to report incidents, provide evidence, and cooperate in investigations.

Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.

Conduct regular training sessions and drills for staff members to enhance security awareness and response capabilities.

Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries within the project site.

Stay updated on the latest security technologies, trends, and industry standards, and make recommendations for improvements as appropriate.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training in security management is a plus.

Proven experience as a security officer or similar role, preferably in a residential or construction environment.

Strong knowledge of security procedures, protocols, and best practices.

Familiarity with security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems.

Excellent observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations and make quick and appropriate decisions.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of individuals.

Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in using security-related software or tools.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
