**Role Overview**

The **Sales Trainee** role is designed for fresh engineering graduates who are passionate about building a career in **industrial sales**. The trainee will undergo structured **training and mentorship** while assisting the sales team in daily activities such as lead generation, client visits, market research, and proposal preparation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the **sales executive/senior sales team** in lead generation and client engagement.
- Participate in **customer visits, product demonstrations, and exhibitions**.
- Learn to prepare **quotations, proposals, and presentations** under guidance.
- Conduct **basic market research** and competitor analysis.
- Maintain **sales documentation, reports, and CRM entries**.
- Coordinate with **technical and service teams** for order execution.
- Continuously learn about **automation products, CNC machines, metrology, and robotics solutions**.
- Diploma / B.E. in **Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering**.
- Fresher / up to 1 year of experience (internships or projects in automation/manufacturing preferred).
- Interest in **industrial sales & customer interaction**.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner with a **positive and proactive attitude**.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Owning a **two-wheeler with valid license** is an advantage.
