1. Senior Programme Officer, Sustainable Agriculture
- Establish ways of improving the participation of small and marginal farmers in agricultural markets so that they get a fair deal in these markets;
- Work closely with women farmers and help build strong and vibrant people’s institutions, led by women;
- Engage with rural communities and co-ordinate work of the village community, the PRIs and government agencies;
Assist in the development of training material to be used in the empowerment programme of the Baba Amte Center for People’s Empowerment

**Salary**: From ₹400,000.00 per year

- Bagli, Dewas - 455227, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)
