**Experience Required** 3-4 years of experience in retail sales preferably in the food sector.

**Other skills required-** Well versed with MS Office, POS operations.

**Job Responsibility**

Will take responsibility for the successful running of the retail floor/store.

Working on the shop floor, Floor Supervisor is in constant contact with their customers as well as staff and responsible for achieving targets, managing staff, giving excellent customer service, and monitoring the financial performance of the store.

Floor Supervisor must implementing company policies and procedures, providing customer assistance, and motivate the counter attendant on how to up sell.

Specific responsibilities include
- Ensuring that sales targets are met.
- Positively motivating and leading a team within a retail setting.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Maintaining full inventory—inward and outward stock, develop a comprehensive inventory tracking system to streamline all products and carry out First in and First out (FIFO), Tracking opening and closing stock between every shift.
- Placing orders with Production Dept, for daily products required at shop.
- Experience enforcing and maintaining hygiene and cleanness and upkeep of the full store.
- Firm understanding of sales, promotions, trends, retail markets, and carry out these offers and promotions in store.
- Excellent customer service skills for up selling.
- Experience creating and maintaining employee scheduling.
- Ensuring all food safety standards are met.
- Should be willing to travel and work from any location in case needed to.
- Willing to work on shifts.

**Type of the Organization-** 104 Year old family-run Dairy based in Mumbai, making high end quality dairy products and Indian sweets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
