Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Agile Program Manager to lead the delivery of projects and programs across the organization while fostering Agile practices and ensuring alignment with business goals. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of a Scrum Master and a Program Manager, making it ideal for a professional with hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and program management. As the Agile Program Manager, you will enable our teams to work efficiently, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and drive the successful execution of our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Scrum Master Responsibilities

1. Facilitate Agile Practices:

- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

2. Remove Impediments:

- Actively identify and resolve blockers, ensuring the team delivers on commitments.

3. Team Support:

- Promote self-organization and ownership within the team.
- Encourage collaboration and maintain a high-performance team dynamic.

4. Progress Tracking:

- Monitor sprint progress using tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Trello.
- Share sprint performance metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity) with stakeholders.

Program Manager Responsibilities

1. Program Coordination:

- Manage multiple projects, ensuring they align with strategic business objectives.
- Define program goals, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with leadership.

2. Stakeholder Communication:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Translate business needs into actionable plans for the team.

3. Release Management:

- Prepare and maintain clear, concise release notes for stakeholders and end-users.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely and seamless releases aligned with business objectives

4. Testing Coordination:

- Collaborate with QA teams to develop and execute comprehensive testing plans.
- Ensure proper testing coverage, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Track and resolve issues identified during testing, ensuring a high-quality product release.

5. Ensure Business Value Delivery:

- Align project outcomes with the company’s overall goals, measuring success via ROI and stakeholder satisfaction.

What You’ll Need
- Experience:

- 3+ years of combined experience in Agile project management, Scrum Master, or Program Manager roles.
- Proven success in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello, MS Project).
- Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Soft Skills:

- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering value.
- Certifications (preferred):

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional).

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
