**Technical Skills**:
**Graphic Design Software:Adobe Creative Suite**: Proficiency in software like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and sometimes others like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
**CorelDRAW**: Another popular vector graphics editor.
**Sketch**: Used for UI/UX design.
**Web Design**:Basics of HTML and CSS, understanding of responsive design principles, and knowledge of web design tools like Adobe XD or Figma. PSD to HTML, Prototype creation, Responsive UI, React UI, Angular UI. **Digital Imaging**:Ability to manipulate and enhance digital images. **Communication Skills**:Effective communication with clients and team members is crucial for understanding and meeting design requirements. **Attention to Detail**:A keen eye for detail is essential to ensure designs are error-free and meet quality standards. **Creativity**:The ability to think creatively and come up with innovative design solutions.
- **Conceptualizing**:Work with clients or internal teams to understand design requirements and conceptualize visual ideas.
- **Design Development**:Create designs using graphic design software, considering the principles of design and the target audience.
- **Feedback Incorporation**:Receive and incorporate feedback from clients or team members to refine designs.
- **Project Management**:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with other team members, such as writers, marketers, and developers, to bring a cohesive vision to life.
- **Staying Updated**:Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and technology.
- **Client Interaction**:Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, and discuss and incorporate their feedback.
- **Problem-Solving**:Be able to creatively solve design problems and challenges.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
