**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Psychological Testing & Assessment**
- Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological tests under supervision.
- Assist in preparing assessment reports.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

**2. Supporting Senior Psychologist**
- Assist in case discussions, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
- Research and update therapy techniques based on the latest psychological studies.
- Document session notes and progress reports.

**3. Counselling Plans & Psychoeducation**
- Develop structured counseling plans tailored to client needs.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health, therapy techniques, and self-care strategies.
- Conduct psychoeducational calls to check in on clients’ well-being and progress.

**4. Coordination & Communication**
- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients as needed.
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals, therapists, and external resources when required.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and the senior psychologist.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
- Prior experience in psychological testing and assessment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of counseling approaches such as CBT, REBT, and trauma-informed therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team setting.
