**Job Title : Beauty Advisor**

**Gender: Female only**

**Experience: Min 1 year**

**Age limit: 20-30**

**Good communication skills**

**Preferred Industry: Beauty and Cosmetics.**

**Job Description -**
- **Travel to different locations in assigned territory and region and conduct sales trainings/workshops (minimum 11 in a month) in regional languages/ English as** per the requirement
- **Conducting trainings on Cosmetic &personal grooming products.**:

- **Conducting demo of the products to the distributors.**:

- **Will be handling billing as and when required.**:

- **Coordination with concerned sales team member for the meeting & training requirements** and schedule plan accordingly

**Required Skills/competencies for the role**:
**Behavioral Competencies**:

- **Able to address huge crowds & must be presentable**

**- Ensuring timely and quality delivery of above trainings**
- Direct Selling Experience is advantageous (but not necessary)

**Technical/Functional Competencies**:

- **Good knowledge of skin care & makeup and need to stay updated on the latest beauty trends**
- Course in Make-up (preferable)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
- **Should be well versed with MS Office suite (MS Word, PowerPoint & excel)**
- **Should be willing to travel 10-15 days in a month**

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 per year
