Job Description

Assisting with the planning and organization of tasks, such as acquiring resources, managing contracts, and creating a budget

✔ Project execution

Overseeing the construction process, ensuring that work is carried out according to the project plan, and monitoring daily progress

✔ Project documentation

Creating and maintaining project documentation, such as contracts, permits, and progress reports

✔ Communication

Communicating project plans and details with team members, contractors, and project owners

✔ Project management

Coordinating with the project management team and stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and assign roles and responsibilities

✔ Quality control

Developing and implementing quality control programs

✔ Safety

Ensuring that all work complies with company safety standards and promoting a strong safety culture

✔ Risk management

Managing risks related to the site or any kind of defect that lead to delivery -
- Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
