Systems Administration Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Systems Administration Supervisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
The role requires 7-8 years IT experience. - This is Operation Manager role to perform the People Manager role for the larger BU.
Leading team of Windows OS experts supporting our customers, while acting as role model in professionalism, integrity and team play.
Provide outstanding customer service to all of NTT Data Services customers.
Focus on quality improvement for the Wintel service line for the customers, while working with leadership on cost optimization
Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure that NTT Data Services meet its' customers' expectations and deliver quality services within specified service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations
Coordinate escalations and collaborate with internal technology teams, leadership and customers to ensure timely resolution of issues
Propose possible process and technical improvements to management.
Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure technical solutions are compatible with the Company's business needs and strategic objectives
Provide technical expertise, guidance and strategic recommendations on Windows Operating System support Servers to the team
Any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of this post and as advised by Management.
Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
Work with senior stakeholders.
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
Support worker communication with the management team.
Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes
