The Stores Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory, ensuring efficient storage and timely issuance of materials, and supporting the overall operations of the stores. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to meet operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and issues using inventory management software.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor and manage minimum and maximum stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials in an organized and timely manner.
- Ensure proper labeling and arrangement of items for easy identification and access.
- Supervise the unloading, inspection, and documentation of incoming goods.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and other departments to meet material requirements.
- Communicate with suppliers for return of defective items or replacements when needed.
- Generate and share inventory and stock usage reports with management.
- Utilize inventory management systems (e.g., ERP software) to maintain and track inventory data.
- Update stock movements and generate reports as required by the management team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
