**Job Overview**

As a Cinematographer, you will capture powerful videos that tell the story of our work. You will help show the impact of our mission through creative visuals.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Shoot high-quality videos that match the mission’s goals.
- Use professional cameras and gear like drones, gimbals, and sliders.
- Work with the creative team to plan and shoot videos.
- Choose the best locations and manage shoot logistics.
- Set up lighting for different shooting conditions.
- Film both events and planned video content.
- Ensure shots have good framing, focus, and lighting.
- Share clear, organized footage with the editing team.
- Take care of camera equipment and keep it in good condition.
- Stay updated on new tools and video trends.
- Travel across India and abroad to capture mission work.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a cinematographer or camera operator.
- Strong portfolio or showreel.
- Skilled in using DSLR and cinema cameras.
- Good at composition, lighting, and camera settings.
- Able to work in fast and changing environments.
- Basic understanding of editing and post-production.
- Can use lighting gear like LEDs and reflectors.
- Good storytelling through visuals.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and creativity.
- Good English-speaking skills.

**Compensation**

**Location/Work Environment**

Based in Muddenahalli, Karnataka. You will travel often. The team is supportive and mission focused.
