Responsibilities for pediatric occupational therapist
- Evaluate, diagnose, and recommend services for students experiencing delays in in fine motor, sensory motor and/or adaptive functioning
- Provide support to families, and collaborate with other disciplines, as needed in order to address goals indicated in each student's IEP
- Provide home based services in skilled occupational therapy in accordance with the authorized practitioner's plan of care
- Assist the physician in the evaluation and assessment of the patient's level of functioning
- Assist in the development and revision of the plan of care
- Instruct and advise patient, family and other health team personnel in the exercise program designed to increase the patient's strength and control and other phases of Occupational Therapy
- Under the supervision of the Pediatric Director of Rehabilitation, the occupational therapist is responsible for evaluation and treatment of inpatient and/or outpatient infants education for families designed to support the developmental progression of the infant during hospitalization and after discharge
- Observing, recording and reporting the patient's reaction to treatment and any changes in the patient's condition to the Physician and/or nursing and other staff involved

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

- Wayanad, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
