**Job Title**: Telecaller

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients.
- Provide product or service information to prospects and answer any questions.
- Follow communication scripts to ensure a consistent and professional approach.
- Maintain customer data and ensure accurate records in the CRM.
- Handle objections, clarify doubts, and influence customers to take action (purchase, sign-up, etc.).
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry developments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Fluent in English & Hindi with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in telecalling or customer service (International BPO experience is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM systems.
